What is your Return Policy?

A: Yes, Returns are accepted within 10 business days of Fed Ex delivering the wedding veil, this date will be verified from the Fed EX tracking website as first step in considering a refund.  Please notify Shelby Ashley Bridal Fashions (e-mail: hilary@shelbyashley.com) with a reason for returning the item(s) before returning the product.  Item(s) must be ship through FedEx or UPS and insurance for the full purchase amount with a tracking number, the tracking number must be provided to Shelby Ashley Bridal Fashions (e-mail: hilary@shelbyashley.com) tracking purposes.  Refund will not be issued until the item(s) is returned to Shelby Ashley Bridal Fashions, in its original packaging, original condition and the item(s) is inspected to ensure it’s in original condition before a refund is issued for the item(s).  Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shelby Ashley Bridal Fashions prides itself on high-end quality products and customer service.  We partner with quality designers to bring Brides divine, very elegant, but at the same time so demure with the right amount of sparkle items for you to purchase. The gowns we sell are of the same high quality as the designers sold in traditional boutiques and by other online retailers. Although we do not sell “designer” labeled gowns, you still get a beautiful bridal gown, without the designer price.

Q: Do you offer tulle samples for your wedding veils so I make sure I have the right color to match my wedding dress?

A: Yes, There are 4 colors to choose from White, Diamond White, Silk White and Ivory.  Fill out contact form, enter Tulle Samples in subject line and provide your full name and mailing address the tulle samples will be put in the mail.  Please allow 1 week to arrive.


Q: If I order this dress in a standard size, can I return it if it does not fit?? Or if I just do not like it?

Q: Hi I would love to order this dress for my wedding in April do you all ship to overseas?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we may need some more specific information about your shipping address.

A:  I completely understand your fear about ordering a dress on-line, but I am sorry I do not have store front at this time and I just do online business. I have high quality dresses in accordance with the pictures. A: Please understand that the item(s) do not ship free. The shipping time and cost depend on your specific address, the weight of the items as well as the shipping method you choose. Shipping option will be provided at checkout a long with pricing options.


Q: Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?
